Levi turns 2!

i can't believe my baby is 2!

we started the big day off with a couple of gifts for the
birthday boy...
of course he was quickly drawn to his new 4-wheeler.
boys i tell ya! :)

he even took a second to pose for his momma
bless his 2-year old little heart.

of course soon after this smile he put on his mr. grumpous face that he wears all too often
i tell him he gets it from his daddy. :)

and then the grumpous face turns into this face when little hands that belong to his sister try to help

then it's back to a 1/2 smile when he realizes he got his first tonka truck!

after gifts the birthday boy got a special ride to his high chair...

where his birthday doughnuts were waiting...

he even got listen to his yammy and papa sing him happy birthday while eating donuts...doesn't get much better than that!

we then got ready to take the birthday boy to his dr. appointment

and then friendlys.

and we got him home just in time to blow out his birthday candle

and eat his yummy cupcake.

dear levi,

we love you so much little guy.  you bring such a different feel to a houseful of girls...and momma (and especially daddy) love that!  even though you can still be a mommas boy you are starting to really  love to hang with your daddy and do all those things you boys like to do!  you love to ride in daddys truck and you get so excited when daddy takes you on errands or to get your haircut.  you also love to ride on daddys lap when he mows the lawn.
you are not a boy of many words but you can make a truck sound like no other!  nothing is sweeter to mommas ears than to hear that gruff truck sound while you are playing.  you still love to be rocked before bed and i have to admit that this momma loves that special time with her little man. 
you love to say sorry (which sounds more like rahrah) when you have done something naughty.  daddy says you are not being sincere when you say it but i disagree...momma likes to think you are all boy with a big heart!
