a treat.

we had a day of beautiful weather in early november

what a treat!

it was so mild that we just spent the days outdoors.

without coats! 

 we spent the day making a whole fairytale land complete with

blue skies

 a long haired princess
 

and her two sisters



 their palace
 

 

and palace horses



and even parking spots for the palace vehicles.
 

 

levi had enough of all the girly stuff
 

and decided to go out front and  help daddy put up Christmas lights
 

 

 

 

 while he took a break to look cute
 

 

abbie decided to take over and help daddy
 

 

 

and not too long after daddy lost his second helper to a cute and soft caterpillar





and then there is ella
on any given day you will find ella going around with these two umbrellas pretending they are crutches
she does it
all. the. time!
this day was no exception!
silly girl!

father daughter dance

the girls had their first daddy daughter dance and had so much fun~

they went out to dinner with their friends and their daddys and then

danced the night away at the high school
 

so blessed to have such an amazing hubby who also happens to be an equally amazing daddy!

Ella turns 7!!

my dear little ella turned 7!

she has been so excited for her birthday!

i just love this girl so much!

we started off with birthday donuts (of course!)

 

 

 then she opened one present before school.
it was a puma outfit.
she loved it. :)
 

 

 

she listened to papa sing her a happy birthday before

 



 

 

heading off to school and being recognized at morning program.

 



 

then after a 1/2 of school it was back home for some

more presents. :)

 

 

after unwrapping her puma sneakers from grammy she had to change into her new puma outfit.

 



 

one of the things she asked for her birthday was a 3-ring binder.  it makes me laugh to even write it!

this girl loves to write stories/draw/make lists and then organize them into a binder.

while we were on vacation i found a really cute one on clearance at target that you could color!

she loved it!

 

then we suprised her with a new bike in the family room

 



 

she loved it!

 

oh ella.

mommy could go on and on about you.

you have such a big heart and i know God has big plans for you!

 

here are some things i want to remember about ella at this age:

-she loves Jesus!

-she continues to have a huge heart!

-she is very athletic and loves sports

-although she loves sports she also loves to dress up and be very girly!

-she still rocks her body back and forth to go to sleep at night

-she loves to organize!

-she loves to collect notebooks-she has a ton! :)

-does not really play with toys

-when she is tired she gets wired and sooo active!

-is an excellent student

-wants to please....always.

 

we love you so much, ella!

halloween 2012

i should of known that the gorgeous weather on halloween night would end some time. 
for five years in a row it is has been absolutely beautiful!

well this was the year it ended.

oh. my.

it was WET and COLD...never a good combination.

the littles were done after about 10 houses.

but the weather didn't stop them from being so stinkin cute! :)

here they were are decked out for school.
and no i did not intend for the little guy in the pajamas to be in this shot. :)

i have decided to go private with my blog.

having the "live traffic feed" has opened my eyes to so much.

it has made me realize that not everybody who visits my blog does so to keep up with my family.

i believe there are some who come with unpure thoughts.

i have seen how some people have "found" my blog from googling some pretty disturbing things

i have seen how some people have tried to access photos from varying posts where i feel their intentions are not pure.

my job is to protect my family.

therefore i need to filter who has access to my most precious pictures of my babies.

 

i am writing this in hopes that other mommas will think and pray over this.

and if you decide to keep your blog public then please be careful of the pics you allow the public to access

download the live feed on your blog and really look at who is coming to your blog and what they are looking at.
