Happy 7th Birthday, sophie!

my sweet little sophie has turned 7!

i still can't believe it.

what happened to my little baby?

 

we started the day with birthday doughnuts and one present.

 

 

 

breyer horses. :)

she quickly talked me into unwrapping another. 
i am so weak!

 

 

then we were off to morning program.

 

 
and then quickly came home to make her birthday cupcakes. :)

after school she came into the living room to a big surprise.
 

a new bike!
she had definitely outgrown her little barbie bike.
this bike is so sophie.
 

pay no attention to the dog staring into the camera. :)
 

 

after presents she was off to test drive her new bike.
 

 

and then  time for cupcakes.

 

 

well there are some things i want to remember at this age and some i would rather just forget. :)

 but that comes with having a 7 year old so i will just list everything! :)

-still loves horses!

-loves to play and will play with anything...loves toys and her knock-off  "American Girl" doll

-has started to roll her eyes...just as annoying as it was for my mom i am sure. :)

-still loves to snuggle

-would love to be held but sadly she is too big to be held anymore...this truly makes me sad. :(

-has a huge issue with jealousy.  can be sweet as pie in the morning until a sibling wakes up and then she gets so angry. this also makes me sad...

-loves stuffed animals...would pick a stuffed animal over an electronic any day!
-she will no longer wear bows..sniff, sniff.  she will wear headbands but the bows are a thing of the past.
 

 

we love you so much, sophie hope! 

we can't imagine life without you!

this child has been throwing tantrums like no other in the mornings.

i don't know what's brewing inside that child but it ain't pretty!

usually by the time we get to school and make it up to my office she is fine. 

thank goodness!~

i definitely perfer the sweet abbie over the sour!

 

 

 

 

 

pumpkin patch

we had a great day at the pumpkin patch

unlike years past it was a bit cooler this year which was nice.

the littles had a great time.

going to the pumpkin patch is one of my most favorite things to do in the fall

they loved visiting the animals.

 

and of course levi loved the tractor.

 

 

 

and the girlies loved the scary witch. :)

then we were off to pick some pumpkins.

how pretty is this?

i would like to think it was two sisters helping each other out.

however since i know ella is freakishly strong and would never ask sophie for help i have a feeling sophie is taking it upon her bossy little self to just grap the pumpkin from ella.
